Requirements For ILO Recruitment 2024

The basic requirements for the recruitment is below:

  1. A good understanding of the informal economy in Kenya.
  2. A sound knowledge of the laws, regulations and procedures for the formalization of micro and small enterprises in Kenya, as well as of the institutions/agencies that support them.
  3. Proven experience in supporting enterprises in their development and/or formalization.
  4. Evidence of previous research related to MSMEs and the informal economy.
  5. A capacity to communicate effectively with the representatives of the institutions/agencies involved in formalization.
  6. Excellent spoken and written English language skills.
  7. Excellent ability to synthesise and organise information.
