The following are the specific requirements for the Kibaha Town Council recruitment:
- Form Four or Form Six graduates with a Diploma or NTA Level 5 or 6 Certificate.
- Proficiency in Kiswahili and English

- Candidates for the position of MTAA Executive; should have background in administration, law, social education, financial management, community development, or arts science.
