Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities for NICA Recruitment
The following are the duties which the jobholder will be tasked with:
- Develop and maintain a robust mutually beneficial relationship with government MDAs, corporate partners, and stakeholders
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic partnerships
- Collaborate with internal teams to align partnership goals with organizational objectives
- Facilitate communication and resolve issues between partners and internal stakeholders
- Monitor and analyze industry trends, regulatory changes, and market developments
- Provide expert advice on government policies, regulations, and corporate affairs
- Connect the Institute to top-level individuals, corporate organizations, ministries and departments of Government, as well as civil society organizations and organized private sector institutions.
- Negotiate and manage partnership/collaborative agreements, contracts, and MOUs
Qualifications for NICA Recruitment 2024
To be shortlisted for NICA Recruitment 2024, applicants must not go below the following qualifications:
- Applicants must possess Bachelor’s degree and Masters in Business, Public Administration, English, or any related field
- Applicants must have 5+ years of experience in government relations, corporate affairs, or a related field
- Applicants must be 35 years and above

- Applicants must possess excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
