The Nigeria immigration service has announced the official screening date for the 2022 shortlisted candidates. See the screening date, centers, requirements and qualifications here.

The NIS wishes to inform candidates who saw their names in the list of shortlisted candidates to hereby appear in their various centers for the 2022 recruitment exercise. The NIS also added that candidates who fail to attend the screening exercise will automatically be disqualified without consideration.

Nigeria Immigration Service Screening Date 2022

In case you have not checked your name on the shortlist you can refer to our article about the Nigeria immigration service shortlisted candidates. Shortlisted candidates will be notified via email and text from Monday, May 10, 2021.

The screening exercise is for physical fitness examination and credential verification and it is mandatory for all shortlisted candidates. The NIS advices candidates to be at the screening centers a day before the screening.

NIS Screening Centers 2022

The commencement date for the 2021 NIS screening exercise is May 24, 2021. The screening exercise will be conducted in various NIS offices in all the states;

NIS Screening Requirements and Qualifications 2022

Qualified candidates are expected to come with the following to the screening centers;

  • Printout of this Letter of Invitation
  • Printout of Application Confirmation Slip with ID Number
  • Original of all relevant Certificates, including indigene Certificate
  • A pair of canvas, white vest and white shorts
  • Medical Certificate from a Governmental Hospital
  • Any other form of valid identification
