Is Nigeria Police Shortlisted Candidates List Out?
Yes, the Nigeria police force had earlier announced that they have released the shortlist for the year and all candidates are advised to check their names so they could know if they have been shortlisted or not.
NPF also announced that all shortlisted candidates would undergo a screening exercise which the date would be fixed as soon as possible.

How to Check Nigeria Police Shortlisted Candidates 2023
All you need to do is to log in to the NPF shortlist portal, input your login details to check your application status. Follow the procedures below;
- Visit https://www.policerecruitment.gov.ng/
- Navigate to “shortlisted candidates tab”
- Click “download shortlist”
- Open the pdf file and check your name
After going through the above process, open the file with a PDF Reader on your mobile phone or laptop computer and start finding your name.
If at the end of the search and you can’t find your name on the list then it is obvious that you have not been shortlisted.
Candidates are also advised to check their email and text messages which will contain details of the next stage of the recruitment exercise.
NPF Documentation & Training Date 2023
Successful candidates, thereafter, are advised to print out their Invitation Slip and proceed to the Police Training College/School indicated against their names.
The training will commence on Monday July 25th, 2022 across various training centres. Candidates are advised to take this publication very serious as candidates who do not appear for the 2022 nationwide training exercise will be automatically disqualified.
While documentation of new recruits in the Training Colleges/Schools opens on Saturday, July 23, 2022 and closes on Sunday, July 30, 2022.
Nigeria Police Medical Screening List 2023 is Out
Yes, the authorities of the Nigeria police has released the 2020 medical screening list. However, it is important to note that all candidates are expected to show up for the medical screening exercise. See the date below.
NPF Medical Screening Date 2023
NPF Medical Screening exercise will commence from 17th May 2023 at all Police Zonal Headquarters nationwide except Kaduna and Yobe that will be conducted in their respective state capital. Time: 8am- 3pm daily.
The NPF Screening will hold in all the 36 states of Nigeria including the FCT. See the states below;
